How many guesses do I get in Pokedle?

You have 9 guesses total - one per cell. Each placement is final and counts as a guess whether it is correct or not.

Can I reuse the same Pokémon in Pokedle?

No. Every Pokémon can only appear once in the grid. Placing the same Pokémon in two cells is not allowed.

Does the Pokedle puzzle change every day?

Yes! A new 3×3 type-constraint grid is generated daily. Your progress on today's puzzle is saved automatically.

How is the score calculated in Pokedle?

Each correct cell earns points based on how many guesses remain. Rarer Pokémon (higher Pokédex number relative to their generation) award bonus rarity points.

Where do the Pokémon images come from?

Sprite images are fetched from the official PokéAPI CDN on GitHub. No login or account is required.
